If for any reason you are unhappy with the results after 14 days of continuous use, please contact us and we will do our best to help overcome your skin concerns. Dependent on the case, we will consider providing store credit, free alternatives or a full refund. Our priority is to help find you something that works. We would request you send us evidence with before and after photos if you would prefer to request a full refund.

RETURNS

If you change your mind after making an order, or wish to return a parcel for any reason, you may do so as long as the packaging remains in its original state, unopened and undamaged. Please contact us within 14 days, and we will provide a returns label for you. You will receive a full refund once the product has reached us, and has been assessed. We will not refund any associated delivery fees.

If you receive your parcel damaged in any way contact us within 3 days, and we will arrange a replacement to be sent out to you. We will ask you to return the damaged parcel free of charge.

DELIVERY DELAYS

If you do not receive your parcel within the number of working days shown on your selected delivery option, contact us and we will start an investigation with our delivery partner. Should we not get a satisfactory response, we will send a replacement.

If you receive your original parcel while waiting for a replacement, please contact us and we will provide a free returns label.

If you receive your parcel damaged in any way, contact us within 3 days, and we will arrange a replacement to be sent out to you. 

VARIATION BETWEEN PRODUCTS

Sometimes you may notice minor changes to products between batches. These are caused by seasonal fluctuations in our raw ingredients. Please see these variations as a positive sign of our commitment to using natural ingredients.
