Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday to Friday) and you will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. We will deliver the merchandise in accordance with the delivery option selected by you at checkout. If you have any queries or special requirements please contact us at email@example.com.

We dispatch via Royal Mail, UPS or DPD.
UK Mini (2-4 Days Signature): £1.50. Only for our 'Mini' range.
UK Economy (3-4 Days Signature): £2.75. Free for orders over £30.
UK Express (Next Day* Tracked): £6.95
*Next day guaranteed only for orders made by 1pm.

We dispatch via Royal Mail, Hermes, or UPS.
ROI Post (3-6 Days via local post): £1.95. This option only appears where cart contents fit into a large envelope. Service is not tracked.
ROI Economy (4-7 Days Hermes Tracked): £4.95. Free for orders over £30.
ROI Standard (1-3 Days UPS Tracked): £9.95.
We dispatch via Hermes or UPS.
EU Economy (3-7 Working Days Hermes Tracked): £5.95. Free for orders over £30.
EU Standard (1-3 Working Days UPS Tracked): £9.95.
USA & Canada*
We dispatch via DHL.
*Please note for countries outside of the EU: Customers are liable to the payment of local import duties upon receiving delivery of items imported from the EU. Please check local Import Duty rates with your authority prior to submitting an order.
USA & Canada (2-4 Working Days DHL Tracked): £12.95 / £6.95 for orders over £50.
Correct shipping methods will be offered at checkout once you have entered your delivery address.
We do our best to ensure you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied please contact us within 7 days. Subject to individual circumstances, we will consider offering a refund, exchange or replacement.
Please note our ‘Complete Care’ kits are excluded from this policy, and will only be refunded or replaced if damaged in transit.
We are always open for general comments, reviews and product suggestions for the future.
VARIATIONS BETWEEN PRODUCTS
Sometimes you may notice minor changes to products between batches. These are caused by seasonal fluctuations in our raw ingredients. Please see these variations as a positive sign of our commitment to using natural ingredients.
APPLYING FOR A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT
Should you wish to apply for a refund or replacement, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order, providing your customer order number, and the reasons for returning. We will assess any individual circumstances and may contact you to discuss any feedback you may have.
Once you have received confirmation from us, you will receive a returns form unique to your order. Please use this, and the barcode provided to return the product to the address enclosed in your returns email.
- Postage and other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied products.
