DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS

Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday to Friday) and you will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. UNITED KINGDOM

We dispatch via Royal Mail and UK delivery typically takes 2-3 working days.

  • Free standard UK delivery on all orders over £30.
    • 3-4 working days

    EU COUNTRIES

    We dispatch via DHL. Delivery typically takes 2-10 working days. 

    • Standard Shipping Cost: £8
    • Free Standard Shipping on orders over £60
      • 5-10 working days
    • Express delivery: £12
      • 2-5 working days

    Correct shipping methods will be offered at checkout once you have entered your delivery address.

     

    RETURNS

    We do our best to ensure you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied please contact us within 7 days. Subject to individual circumstances, we will consider offering a refund, exchange or replacement. We are always open for general comments, reviews and product suggestions for the future. 

    VARIATIONS BETWEEN PRODUCTS

    Sometimes you may notice minor changes to products between batches. These are caused by seasonal fluctuations in our raw ingredients. Please see these variations as a positive sign of our commitment to using natural ingredients.

    SENDING A RETURN

    Should you wish to cancel your order or return goods that may have arrived damaged, please notify us within 7 days.

    • Step 1: Please email info@opalabotanicals.com providing your customer order number, the goods which are being returned and the reasons why.
    • Step 2: Once you have received confirmation from us, you will receive a returns form unique to your order via email. Please return the product(s) to the address enclosed in your returns email.

    Please note that postage or other return costs will be the customer's responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
